A.Hak Electron provided for the construction of a 380kV cable trajectory from the MPP3 power plant to the TenneT station. The trajectory had a 1,000 meter length, in which six 2,500mm2 aluminum high voltage cables with a 15 cm diameter were installed. Two grounding cables and six HDPE fiberglass jacket pipes were also installed into the trench.

Remarkable

  • The cables were to be installed on a steel bridge at the E.ON terrain, up to a height of approx. 12 meters.
  • A total of 900 cable clamps were used on the bridge in order to fixate the cables.
