Description
Aansluiting centrale Nuon aan het bestaande net met 380 kV verbinding
Execution period
2012
in Diemen, near Amsterdam, A.Hak Electron connected the new NUON (part of Vattenfall) power plant to the existing energy grid. The project consisted of the construction of three 380 kV connection cables with a 900 meter length, during which two fiberglass cables were also installed.
Across the total trajectory length, over 620 had to be crossed with HDD's (horizontal directional drilling). For this part of the project, sister company A.Hak Drillcon was hired. In order to test the connection cables, A.Hak Electron collaborated with yet another sister company: A.Hak Infranet. The project was completed on-time and compliant with all customer requirements, in an integrated solution delivered by A.Hak.
